Building the capacity of individuals and organisations is at the heart of my work. I have always aimed to enable leaders and managers to become more effective in achieving their core aims and values, to manage change and build effective teams in diverse situations and to understand their legal responsibility when touching Equality and Diversity and the gay market.

Within the area of Equality and Diversity, I provide the following services:

The UK's workforce is becoming increasingly diverse. Employers need to be proactive in developing effective communication, culture and practices, which enables people to feel valued, respected and motivated for the benefit of both themselves and the organisation.

I provide a range of equality and diversity seminars, conferences, training programmes, information, advice and guidance which support organisations to be among the best equality employers.

These training programmes influence and inspire all who attend, which in turn increases the awareness, confidence and competence of everyone involved. As a leading team, we are skilled at developing every individual's talent whilst working within current employment legislation.
